Add Media

To get started, please click "Add Media" or drag files to the media panel and then drag the file to the timeline.

Easy Editing

Split
The Video Studio Express workspace also offers the Toolbar, which gives video editors one-click access to these frequently used time-saving features: Split, Edit, Delete and Remove All Gaps.

How to split up one clip into two clips?

• 1. Move the Play Bar to where you want to split up.
• 2. Select the targeted clip in the Timeline.
• 3. Click Split in the toolbar.

Adding Background Music

Drag the music file to the audio track in the timeline. The Video Studio Express lets you set up fade in and fade out time. And it also allows you to control the volume if the sound is too loud or too low.

Video Edit Mode

Double-clicking a video clip at any time launches the Video Edit mode, where videos can be quickly cropped, rotated, and enhanced within the same view. Users can choose from a variety of effects (brightness, contrast, saturation) based on the type of lighting used when the video was captured.

Adding Transitions

The Library provides a wide range of transitions from crossfades to explosions that you can add between video clips. If you want Daniusoft Video Studio Express to automatically add transitions among clips, select "Random to All" at the bottom of the transition library.

Note: While composing your video project, select File> Save to frequently save your project and avoid accidental loss of your work. Video Studio Express project files are saved in .DSVS file format.
And you can always undo your last action by Choose Edit > Undo.

Export

The Export button is only enabled after you create a final video file of your project or you select a video file that is in the media panel.

1. Click Export > iPad/iPhone/AVI/WMV/HTML5/Other Device format/Other Video Format.

2. Select the device or format that fits.

3. Advance Settings to adjust sample rate, encoder, channel, bit rate for audio and resolution, encoder, frame rate, bit rate for video.

4. Click Next to start converting.
