Q: What’s the difference between Load DVD and Load IFO files?

A: Actually, both ways can help you to import a DVD. If you select Load DVD, you can just select the DVD drive to import the whole DVD. If you select Load IFO, you can select some certain IFO files in VIDEO_TS folder to import.

In video editing, IFO normally refers to a file on DVD-Video disc and stands for InFOrmation. While the main content of DVD-Video disc are the VOB files which contain the actual MPEG-2 audio, video and subtitle streams, the IFO files provide information for DVD player where DVD-Video disc's chapters start, where certain audio tracks are located, etc..

Q: How can I change subtitle?

A: After inserting a DVD into our program, there first will be a list of titles in the program’s interface. Then you can select a title. With the title highlighted, you can select a available subtitle in Subtitle drop down list. Please note, if you want to select a new subtitle for a title, after selecting a subtitle, you need to preview the title again to confirm.

Q: Is my order secure?

A: SWREG (who is the e-commerce partner for Daniusoft) has an order process that is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet.

Q: How soon will I get the product after I place my order online?

A: For Download Version:
You will receive a confirmation for your transaction immediately after you place your order online. You will also receive a confirmation by email that will contain all of your order data including your invoice or receipt.

A order request will also be sent to the our database by email. (This will takes hours or more to process by SWREG). As soon as we recieved the order request, the ultimate confirmation will be sent to you via email containing the link of the downloadbale 'exe' file and the Registration Code for installation.

For CD Version:
Once your order has been processed successfully, a registration email will be sent to you within 24 hours. You can download a new version of our software from the URL we sent to you in the registration email to use the software before your CD finally arrives.

Moreover,if you forget your password,please click over the section 'If the password is not available, please click here to retrieve it'. Then at the bottom of the page, type in either your E-mail address or an order No. for the product to verify your identity. You can get your password afterwards.

Q: I lost my registration/activation code, how can I get it again?

A: To retrieve the registration key from your prepaid account, please click HERE. You will be presented with the ability to either have your order number or email address you used at the time of purchase. If it doesn't work for you, please contact with our ' Customer Service Center'
