How to copy Protected DVD movie to Zune on Mac OS X

I have and 80GB Zune and I wanted to know if there was any way I could put my DVDs that I own onto it. I also got a digital copy of The Hangover when I bought the DVD and I tried to drag the file to the Zune collection but that didn't work. Do I have to buy the movies on the marketplace from the Zune software?
