iPhone, iPod fans use their favorite device, the total feeling of a lack of useful management tools, iTunes cannot satisfy their needs, such as how to backup audio and video from iPod/iPhone to local, or copy to other devices, how to transfer the non-compatible audio and video, photo files from PC to iPod/iPhone, and how to sync iPod/iPhone file to iTunes, etc.
