I can tell that Casablanca must be on the list of many’s favorite movies. Yeah, it’s on mine, too. It’s really an old one but pretty classic. Casablanca, named in Spanish, means “white house.” And Casablanca is Morocco’s largest city. But I’m afraid due to the movie Casablanca, DarelBeida, the formal name of the city, must have been forget by non-native people. This city is near the Atlantic Ocean and is Morocco’s largest port city. Today, let’s back to the old days in Casablanca, 1942.

Talked about Casablanca, you must remember the also awesome song named As Time Goes By, written by Herman Hupfeld in 1931. It became most famous in 1942 when it was sung by Sam (Dooley Wilson) in this movie. While voted #2 on the AFI’s 100 Years… 100 Songs special, commemorating the best songs in film, the beautiful song As Time Goes By still is loved by many.

Beautiful music can tell you stories, which I never doubt. I believe there must be lots of people who have the same feeling as me that the Beatles did have done a good job in the music world. Peaceful, delight… there is everything in their lyrics. Though these guys physically left us, they long live in the music world!

Can’t buy my love, yesterday, yellow submarine,  hey jude, let it be…and so on. I’m afraid there is little words we can express our feelings about those amazing songs but listen.  To memorize these guys and share my own Beatles’ experience, I here show you several tips:

Easter Sunday falls on a different date every year, and this 2011 Easter day is going to be on 24 April. Easter holiday always reminds me of those colorful eggs, cute bunnies and funny games. This time, there will be two amazing things for us at Easter weekend. The White House Easter Egg Roll and Lady Gaga’s “Judas” release.

The White House Easter Egg Roll 2011

The White House Easter Egg Roll is an annual family event on the White House Lawn, which has continued for more than 130 years and numerous Presidents as a tradition. The South Lawn of the White House is officially opened to the local children age twelve and under for hunting for and racing Easter Eggs, as well as other activities and entertainment, such as live musical performances, egg hunting, storytelling, sports, reading, cooking classes, and crafts, etc. For participating, every child can get a wooden Easter egg which is signed by both the First Lady and the President.

The White House Easter Egg roll is held on the Monday after Easter. The 2011 White House Easter event is scheduled for April 25, 2011. All tickets were distributed by an online lottery. “Get Up and Go!” will be the theme, promoting health and wellness to encourage children to lead healthy and active lives.
